I’m so excited to share this Lifestyle Newborn session from Westfield, Indiana with you today! When the Bankert family reached out about a newborn session, I was so excited and eager to get them on the calendar. There’s something so special about newborns that really wants me to become a full time newborn photographer. When they sleep, they sometimes will give you the sweetest faces and with those moments you never want to take your camera off them.

Lifestyle Newborn Session

Max was born on September 3rd and O.M.G. he was precious. When I first arrived at the Bankert home, I was greeted with open arms but there was something so familiar about the family. Come to find out, they went to school with a couple my close friends of mine AND the proud new daddy Wes, works for Lebanon Fire Department! So Cool! It was truly an amazing morning. Not only was the lighting in their adorable home superb, but Gretchen and Wes were so laid back and relaxed which made photographing their sweet family all more more fun!

When you walk into a newborn session, its like walking into the unknown because you aren’t sure if the sweet babe will be sleepy, cranky, awake, etc. Max was seriously AMAZING. He slept the whole time and never once opened his eyes to see who that strange voice was and the clicking of the shutter on my camera. We captured some memories all around the house but the most important thing is that we captured the love between two new parents and their son.

To the Bankert family, OMG, it was so great being able to capture your sweet growing family. Max is so amazingly perfect and that HAIR! I hope you enjoy him and cherish every moment with him. I can’t wait to see you continue to grow together!
